An interesting extension would be some prize management in studiio. Eg we’d have a page where we would enter any prizes to win, then ability to assign a prize to a winner. We’d then have some visibility on when the listener last won a prize too.

It would be great if the AI could greet callers by name when they are recognized. This personalized touch would enhance the caller experience and make interactions more engaging.

It would be great to be able to 'create' a key word that a listener could use at the start of a text or whatsapp message that either the panel automatically or manually recognised. So as an example, we could run a competition and ask people to contact us, starting their message with 'WIN' - then we could group messages with that keyword together to see who's entered.

I am interested in a web-based telephony feature that allows people to 'call in' via a web widget instead of making a physical phone call. This would provide a more modern and accessible way for users to interact with the service, especially for those who prefer using web-based applications over traditional phone calls.

Is there a way we could get the info that shows in the studio panel with the show that’s on air and the one coming up next to display on our website - a widget or something?
